Staff was friendly and helpful. Communication with hotel in reply to special requests was prompt and request for accommodation was met. Unfortunately, accommodations for guests with physical disabilities make stays a challenge. No bathrooms with walk-in shower or grab bars in tub, and bathtub lacks anti-slip treatment on floor. The indoor pool is downstairs and very challenging for guests with mobility issues as there is no elevator. This hotel was chosen as alternative accommodation as hotel originally booked was canceled by hotel, indicating a group was booked (firefighters?). This accommodation was for the July 01 Canada Day weekend, and there were very limited rooms available for the requested dates, The location is close to restaurants and shopping, and isa good option for those looking for economical accommodation. Stay was June 27-29 2025

Not very clean, only stairs no elevator my room was at far end of building. I was told after checking in there was no elevator that I could take my bags up the stairs from the lobby & my room is on 3rd floor not to take my car around the building to door D and my room is at the top of stairs there. AC unit broken, huge pot holes in lot. Told there was a pool but not where, no information pamphlets in room so had to return to lobby to ask for internet password. They do not provide turn down services unless you request it. I was booked for a week and they had 0 plans to bring clean towels or remove garbage from room.
