When I showed up to check in, I was asked if any other adults were staying in the room and my mom was staying with me. Well they asked for her ID too in to which she had just misplaced it before us driving 5 hours out the OK, but they wanted to take a pic of her ID because of tornado season. Unfortunately she didn’t have it and she had a picture on her phone to show but they made no accommodation to take it. No where on the website for the hotel or for the third party website did it say that all adults staying need to have their IDs. They said they needed in case of a tornado to know who is in the building but crazy part how about all the children staying in the hotel because I was never asked if any kids were staying with me. I think it’s ridiculous we drive so far out and to be told once we arrive that all adults needed an ID and not even to make some kind of budge when we have a picture on the phone and all they did was take a pic of mine on a IPad. They needed the physical ID but for what when you didn’t even make a copy or take the time to look at it.

Check in guy was really indifferent, total lack of personality. Room was clean for the most part, top of desktop was pretty dusty. I guess ignorance on my part in not knowing no housekeeping of room unless you are there longer than 7 days. I did like the full sized fridge. Nice, big TV. Had a storm in the wee hours of the morning and we lost power. Nothing was ever explained or told to us regarding the outage. On a side note, we were on the 4th floor. Could have been super bad if i hadn't been able to do the stairs. I would have thought a note or something on the elevator should have been placed. When we exited, nothing was said. Called checking on status and finally service restored about 2:30 (8 hours later). I know this was out of the hotel's control, but just feel it could have been handled differently. Hotel was having maintenance on outside of building. Again, nothing said to us about men painting and caulking windows. I was laying on bed, thankfully fully clothed and all of a sudden there was a man outside our window. Again, i think something could have been said about keeping the curtains drawn. I probably would consider staying here again, but would know a little more of what to expect.

Very Satisfied Patron!

The stay was very comfortable. The room I was given was very spacious and clean. The staff member that checked me in was very courteous. I had stayed in this facility many times in the last couple of years - due to work schedules. This was the first time I received a call from the front desk after I got situated - asking me if the room was to my satisfaction. Very nice!

The staff were friendly for check in and out. The bed was comfortable but the fridge in the room was so loud it kept waking me up. The hotel is in need of renovation but it serves it purpose except for that fridge.
