We had a very pleasant stay for our family mini vacation. As always, the room was comfortable, quiet, clean and refreshing. Breakfast is always good. Very welcoming staff from the top down.

I appreciated that when we checked in, the man at the desk immediately gave us extra towels for the amount of people that would be staying in the room. We didn’t have to ask for them. The following morning at breakfast, my daughter asked the lady working the dining room, if they happened to have bread for toast. She said yes and quickly went to get it from their kitchen and brought it to us. It went perfectly with the breakfast quiche and sausage patties they had.

Excessively eco-friendly

Passing through. Booked room with pullout sofa bed. It no linens available in room. Late at night and too tired so didn’t even ask front desk, just made do. Room smelled really funky the whole time. Only two tiny thin bathing towels in room. Room sleeps 5 so why not provide 5? I never understand that. Eco-friendliness gone too far!

Linda at the desk was SO VERY helpful, when we needed help needing to get a room for 1 more night, she could have just went on her way w/other tasks she probably had, but took the time to make sure we got a room. So very appreciated. 👍 to Linda.

Booked a double queen. When we arrived I was informed they overbooked and asked if I would be ok with a king and sofa couch. It just my 3 teens and I so we settled. The hostess actually upgraded us to a king suite. The room was amazing and we all slept comfortably.

Overall, our stay was above average. The elevator was on the blink. The open button only worked for one side. And one of the elevators wouldn’t open on the ground floor. I also thought it odd that they had coffee but no creamer. They had 2%, Silk (whatever that is) and oat milk but no creamer. I drink mine black, so it didn’t bother me, but the two gals I was traveling with weren’t happy. As for the service, it was good. And the facilities were clean. The only real negative was that the heat/air-conditioning control panel in our room (304) had been totally trashed and was illegible and didn’t seem to control anything. Luckily the room was comfortable.
