This updated two-story townhouse is your home base for four-season fun, offering the perfect blend of a private, comfortable space and access to incredible resort amenities.

Main Level (Third Floor):
- Inviting living area with a warm gas fireplace and a queen-sized pull-out sofa.
- Modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and toaster.
- Spacious master bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a private bathroom.
- Dedicated work space.
- Convenient in-unit washer and dryer.

Loft (Fourth Floor):
- Charming loft bedroom furnished with two twin beds, creating a perfect space for kids or friends.

Every room is equipped with its own TV, air conditioning, and heating for personalized comfort throughout your stay.

Your stay also includes full access to the fantastic shared amenities at Attitash Mountain Village Resort. Simply check in at the Hospitality Building to receive your key cards.

Accessibility & Child Safety: This two-story townhouse is located on the third and fourth floors and requires climbing stairs to enter and move between levels, as there is no elevator. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Families are welcome; however, the unit is not equipped with stair safety gates, which may be a concern for infants or very young toddlers. A pack-n-play and children’s dishware are provided for your convenience.

**Cancellations made within the free cancellation period will be subject to a 4% credit card transaction fee**
House rules:
-Resort quiet hours: 10pm - 8am
-No Parties/events
-No smoking/vaping of any substance (additional $200 cleaning fee)
-No pets allowed (pet-free resort)
-No snow equipment inside the unit or in the common areas

Upon checkout:
- Please take the trash out to the dumpster.
- Please turn off all electronics (AC, heater, TV and lights).
- Please turn down the living room thermostat to 65F and turn off all other manual thermostats off.
- Please wash all used dish ware.
- Leave the card key on the dining table and return the ski locker key to the front desk.
