This is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. I changed my room 3 times for a 9 night stay in which I stayed 3 of them in the hospital. when I first arrived to the hotel my room was so dirty. Every single surface was dirty. I requested to change my room. The next room was a little better. However, the construction outside was unbearable. I didn’t care at the time because I was checking into the hospital for surgery the following night. upon arriving back to the hotel post operation, needing a lot of rest, I could not sleep because the construction noise was unbelievably loud. I called Expedia right away asking for assistance. They informed me that a member name MERT, would be calling me and switching my room and that they would assist me with my Bags because I was not able to lift due to the surgery. I waited and still no call. I went downstairs, and he informed me that there’s currently no rooms available and to try again later. However, I kept pushing back and automatically he was able to assign me a room right away, which lets me know he was just lying and being lazy. The bag guy in the front eventually came to my room and gave me an attitude because all my bags were not packed and I expressed to him that I can’t lift that’s why I needed his help. I would have gave him a nice tip if he was not so rude. The 3rd room was much better and the noise went away. That night, I was awaken in my sleep as there was a couple entering my room . Hotel is about 20 min taxi ride from airport. Hotel arranged our transfer from airport ( was included with booking) and arranged transfer to airport for additional fee. All was done seamlessly. Breakfast was very simple. Room has a kettle and instant coffee and tea. Rooms are specious, updated. Locations is walkable to local stores, but not much to see. It serves the purpose of overnight stay for our transfer at Istanbul.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I had a one-bedroom suite that was well-equipped and had good amenities. However, unfortunately, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable👎. The bed linens had been washed so many times that they were very thin, and in some cases even patched👎. The bathroom towels were also very old and worn out and definitely need to be replaced with new ones.👎 I was staying on the 32nd floor, which I chose for the view, but the windows were so dirty that they completely ruined the city view.👎 In my opinion, this hotel is more like a 3-star property, even though you pay prices closer to a 4- or 5-star hotel. The breakfast was very good,👍 the staff were polite and respectful👍, the lobby was beautiful, the sauna was excellent👍and the swimming pool was decent. Overall, I would rate this hotel 5 out of 10.
