The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the Roaring Fork River as you step onto the private patio, the quiet rush of water echoing against the snowy backdrop. Mornings invite you to linger by the windows, watching the river glide beneath a blanket of fresh powder, while evenings offer a calm place to unwind after a day on nearby trails. The spacious, riverfront home blends mountain air with modern comforts, creating a peaceful retreat for colder‑season stays.



Sleeping arrangements

The house accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, complemented by 5 baths. Each room is stocked with bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, giving you both gathering space and private retreats.



Kitchen & dining

A well‑equipped kitchen features a KitchenAid stainless steel gas stove, General Electric stainless steel double oven, General Electric refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. A dining table nearby makes shared meals easy, and the dedicated kitchen space lets you prepare home‑cooked fare with confidence.



Indoor comfort

Central heating keeps the interior warm, while central air conditioning and a split‑type ductless system provide flexibility for any temperature shift. A 50‑inch HDTV and sound system create a cozy entertainment hub for quiet evenings. High‑speed wifi and a dedicated workspace in a private room keep you connected when you need to work. Essentials such as a washer, dryer, hangers, iron and bathroom basics are all provided.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private patio‑balcony or into the backyard to breathe crisp mountain air and listen to the river’s flow. A BBQ grill is ready for outdoor cooking when the weather permits, and the private entrance reinforces the sense of your own riverside haven.



Neighborhood

The home sits along the Roaring Fork River, offering easy access to scenic trails. A short 15‑minute drive brings you to Aspen or Snowmass Village, while Glenwood Springs is about 30 minutes away. Nearby amenities include the Roaring Fork Club golf resort, the town of Basalt, a variety of restaurants, and grocery options such as Whole Foods and King Soopers.



Parking & access

Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with additional street parking available. Self‑check‑in through a smart lock simplifies arrival, and long‑term stays are welcome for those who wish to settle in for an extended mountain escape.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Safety and privacy are paramount, please note we have installed three (3) cameras outside of the house. Around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on back door, outside of the garage, and over front door pointing the entrance.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
