Just 15 km from Todi and 2.5 km from the medieval village of Morre, this location is ideal for those seeking tranquility, relaxation, outdoor activities, and authentic food. The 20-hectare estate is partly covered by untouched forests, at the center of which lies a clearing that hosts the farmhouse. The unique architecture of the farmhouse blends native stone and traditional materials with a modern design. The 10 rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, offer direct access to a well-equipped outdoor garden.

The spacious outdoor areas and the indoor lounge allow for the arrangement of communal tables for groups of friends and families. In the large, bright restaurant room, there is a bar corner equipped with: an espresso coffee machine, kettle, still and sparkling water dispenser, and a sideboard with plates, glasses, and cutlery. The adjacent kitchen area is equipped with: microwave oven, electric oven, toaster, refrigerator, Bimby, sink, dishwasher, small induction hob, and a storage cabinet with kitchenware and utensils.

Connected to the restaurant area is the professional kitchen, accessible only to staff authorized by the property. Upon request, you can book breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and cooking classes.

The large infinity pool, with saltwater, is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. In the wellness center, there is a recreational hot tub with hydromassage and cervical massage waterfalls, a steam room with chromotherapy and background music. The relaxation area overlooks the outdoor pool and the surrounding forest. For the safety of our guests, the wellness center is supervised by authorized personnel. Opening hours are from 11:00 to 12:30 and from 17:00 to 18:30.
