This is an ok hotel close to the airport. The rooms are small so not much room for luggage. The staff were nice but the breakfast was as picked over and not replenished when we got there. We chose to stay at another hotel on our way out of Basel.

Birthday Trip

A one night stay in order to be close to the airport. No bar facilities (will soon be resolved) meant a wander down the road to a suitable supermarket to acquire supplies. The normal size and design of room suited our needs. The staff were great and managed to sort an airport shuttle after we had omitted to book it on arrival.

Nice IBIS

It’s a nice Hotel, convenient for the airport and railway connections. The neighbourhood was good too, the hotel itself is a standard IBIS although I didn’t like the bathroom which all moulded plastic, just felt that it let it down.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. We needed to have our taxi pick us up early because of our early flight time. The staff allowed us to eat breakfast before the dining room was opened. We really appreciated it.
