We spent a wonderful 5 nights here to explore the cognac region. The staff are fantastic, the gardens beautiful, and the food absolutely superb. They have a large selection of cognacs to taste too. Even though the mattress was a little too firm for our liking, we still slept well. A wonderful place to stay and would love to return.

Séjour bien pour une nuit

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit à l’hôtel. Aux vues des notes et commentaires visibles et consultés, nous ne cachons pas que nous nous attendions à un peu mieux. Le lit était un peu petit, le matelas trop fin. Nous avons trouvé le petit déjeuner un peu cher mais tout était très bon et bien présenté tout de même. Chambre néanmoins fonctionnelle, salle de douche petite mais en laissant la porte ouverte, ça allait également. Par contre c’est agréable que les toilettes soient séparées du reste de la salle de douche. Le rapport qualité / prix était relativement correct au final et nous avons étés très bien accueillis. Si vraiment on est pointilleux il y aurait quelques rafraîchissement à faire niveau chambre et couloirs. Par contre endroit très tranquille, cadre authentique. Nous sommes contents de l’avoir trouvé pour notre week-end près d'Angoulême.

bon service mais restaurant samedi soir à revoir

hotel et site calme. Service correct. pour le restaurant, le samedi soir, il est dommage qu'il soit proposé 1 seul Menu à 42 euros ! (entrée plat dessert) et impossible de ne prendre que 2 plats dans le Menu ! Reste bien sur: la Carte avec les entrées à 19 ou 17 euros et les plats à 29 euros !! Pour les vins : pas de pichets pour une personne seule ! Sinon, bonne qualité du repas.
