My only complaint was 1 waitress was not very pleasant. Thought maybe having a bad day but it was the same the day after. I had asked multiple times for juice to the point where I walked up to the bar to ask and the cup was aggressively placed in front of me. We had an early excursion one morning so we arrived before the cook, fully aware breakfast started at 7am. We just wanted to be there early to allow enough time to order, eat and make our pickup for 8am. Initially she seemed annoyed we showed up 5 minutes before opening however, after explaining we had excursion her mood lightened. We felt like we were a burden for trying to order our meals. Front desk staff were always pleasant, very friendly and always willing to grab us a taxi. Also, staff around the grounds always said hello, good morning, enjoy your day which was genuinely sincere. This interaction will not stop me from visiting again. Loved the pillows, bed was super comfortable and the grounds were well maintained.

The room was very clean. We had a problem with our door sticking (we could not get it open) and they sent someone right away. The outdoor bar restaraunt had very good food and the bartenders were pleasant.

Every one of the staff members were extremely friendly and most helpful and always with a welcoming smile on their faces. The room was very clean but some signs of wear and tear. Kitchen was nicely appointed with all the necessary equipment. Overall, a wonderful stay with a warm and friendly atmosphere, nice amenities and Splash Restaurant had an ample menu and good service. Would definitely make a return stay at Royal St. Kitts Hotel!
