The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect—right off the highway and close to plenty of stores and restaurants, making it super convenient. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I love the dining choices within the facility and the proximity of other dining choices nearby, I wish the parking could be more convenient for overnight guests. Or possibly offer staff services to retrieve luggage as the lot is across the street.

Near Darien Lake?? Stay HERE!!!!

I'm mad I didn't stay here sooner!! I volunteer at Kingdom Bound every year but this is the first year I tried the casino- the past few years I've had terrible experiences at other local hotels.... I called a few days before my trip to see if I could extend a day because I was planning to come earlier. They apologized and said the hotel was booked solid. Not a problem- they told me I should be able to check in early on my arrival date!! The people on the phone were nice. The check in process was easy, smooth and the desk people were friendly. DELICIOUS buffet breakfast. Casino workers were friendly. Bed, pillows, comforter- SO COZY. Shower- spacious, great water flow, great water temp. I honestly have zero complaints about this property and it WILL be my new KB lodging go-to!!!!

Loved everything about my stay at this hotel, with the minor exception of listening to upstair guests plodding around and hearing their muffled talking even with my room TV on or conversations being had in the hall, so not very soundproof as stated, also the elevator was stifling with heat. No AC there. Other than that, I'll likely book a sta again in the future.

Room was perfect and very clean. Longer walk from desk to room than I was anticipating. Had a ton of problems with the key reader on the door. Would not read keys almost every time I left the room. Carried keys in hand from desk to door and it wouldn't even register it. Was never told until check out that I could use the phone at the end of hallway to call the desk to get new keys brought to the room so I made about 8 trips overall just for keys.

Definitely an older crowd in the casino, and there are no table games which was a bummer. But the breakfast was great and the staff was lovely.

Half the price of hotels in Buffalo, but just the same as Holiday Inn Express in terms of quality and cleanliness. They gave me a total of $25 free play at the casino, and I won $100! Almost covered my whole stay. Thanks for a enjoyable stay!
