The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa bed and armchair arranged around a smart TV, with a dining table at the opposite end of the room. The sofa bed can be unfolded to accommodate two additional guests when needed.

At one end, French windows open onto a private roof terrace with outdoor seating — perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing on sunny days.

Next to the living room is a large, fully equipped kitchen that also opens onto the terrace. It includes a gas oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, and all necessary utensils for preparing and enjoying meals for up to six guests. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, spices, oil, and vinegar are also provided.

The master bedroom features a super-king zip-and-link bed, which can be arranged as two singles on request, along with an en-suite bathroom offering a walk-in shower and toilet.
The second bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and a desk/dressing table, ideal for working or getting ready.

Across the entrance hall, you’ll find the family bathroom, complete with a luxurious bathtub, double sink, and toilet.

The apartment benefits from central heating and free WiFi throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay in every season.

A private garage is available for one vehicle; however, please note that it is suitable only for small to mid-sized cars due to the narrow entrance.

Sofa Bed:
The sofa bed will be set up only for bookings of 5–6 guests. For groups of 4 guests or fewer, there is an additional charge if you would like it prepared in advance, as it counts as an extra person. Please contact us to arrange this prior to arrival.

It is just 10 minutes’ walk from most of Bath’s city centre attractions making it a perfect base from which to explore the city. Only a minute walk to the famous Royal Crescent.

Apartment is only a minute’s walk from the Royal Crescent itself, one of Bath’s most iconic sights, and less than 10 minutes’ walk from the Circus and Assembly Rooms. It is a gentle 15-minute downhill stroll to reach Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths. The apartment benefits from being right next to Bath’s Royal Victoria Park with its beautiful wide green lawns and botanical gardens. Above the park, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the apartment, is Bath Approach Golf Course, an 18-hole course.

Best way to get around is walking.
