The pool, spa and sauna are excellent, good room size and good hotel location. Cleanliness is an issue and some (not all) disinterested staff. They need more staff during the breakfast rush with the people they had being run off their feet. Phone in the room did not work and reported that four times during our three night stay being promised someone would come to inspect it, that never happened.
