Our room was impressive with four poster bed and bonus of a small fridge and a kettle. Breakfast was faultless and was brought up to our room which was a big bonus to me. John and Kelly were great hosts and made sure we had a great stay.

The Bath House is perfectly situated for easy access to everything in Bath. I arrived by train and had no trouble getting everywhere I wanted to go on foot for my entire visit. The place is lovely and fits in with the historic feel of the city with comfortable furnishings. The room service breakfast and add in laundry service were added bonuses.

A really good location, close to the main visitor attractions easy 5 minute walk. The young couple running the B&B did everything they could to make our trip. They helped with our bags and sorted a night before breakfast for an early check out.

Our hosts were very gracious and accommodating. The room was clean and lovely. Our hosts provided an excellent breakfast that was served in our room. The location of this property could not be better! A very short walk takes one in to the old, historically fascinating part of Bath and is only a few more steps away from the very lively dining and shopping scene. No negatives whatsoever for this property.

This is a wonderful little B&B, the room was adequately spacious and comfortable for us both with a gorgeous bathroom. We had all the little extras we could need plus a fabulous selection of refreshments in the room for us. Breakfast to our room each morning was wonderful, there was a comprehensive list for us to select from and we loved the choice of times to really make it work for us. The B&B is a short, easy walk into the centre of Bath to reach all the key attractions. Yes the carpark is a squeeze but it is free and was nice to park and know my car was safe and close by.

Staff at the Bath House were fantastic. They personalised our stay, upon finding out it was my birthday they decorated the room whilst we were out. It was a lovely surprise to return to. The location was great, nice and close to walk into Bath and explore the city. Breakfast was great and delivered hot into our room at the requested time. Thanks to Cory and Holly for a great stay.

I shouldn't have been paying £160 per night as one side of the bed had only ten ins to get by. Also when I was in bed the bed post was in the middle of the tv viewing. Won't be going there again. And that was room 2 on the first floor.

Lovely central B&B in Bath.

This boutique B&B is comfortable, clean and in a good location within easy walking distance of central Bath. The staff were friendly and efficient and breakfast was nicely presented and tasty. We enjoyed our two night stay, thank you.
