Great service!

This is the second time I’ve brought my tour groups here and stayed at this hotel near the Batman airport. The place is always clean and the staff was so helpful as I had made a mistake in my reservation. Nurşen and Serhat at the front desk took care of us and even upgraded our rooms for free. Thank you! We will always remember your smiling faces and excellent service!

Eviniz gibi hissedebileceğiniz harika bir otel. Bütün personeller güler yüzlü ve sıcak kanlı. Kahvaltı açık büfe şeklinde sizlere sunuluyor. Çok çeşitli ve doyurucuydu. Hem sıcak servis vardı, hemde sabahları farklı menüler sunarak farklı lezzetleri denemenize olanak sağlıyorlar. Ertesi gün ödemeler yapılıp çıkış yaptık Öğlen saat 13:00 gibi aranıp bugün çıkış görünüyor uzatacak mısınız dendi. Yani ayrıldığımızdan haberleri yoktu. Kahvaltı donmuş rafadan yumurta haricinde gayet iyi idi.

The hotel was quite good and new. The only disadvantage is that it was far from the centre. But overall it was a pleasant stay
