It features 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, perfect for families, friends, or business travelers. One bedroom includes a king-size bed, and the other offers a queen-size bed, both thoughtfully furnished for a restful night’s sleep. Each bathroom is fully equipped with modern fixtures, tub and shower combo, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. A queen-size air mattress is conveniently located in the closet of the second bedroom and is available for guest use. Great for extra guests or flexible sleeping arrangements. If needed, extra bedding, including blankets, sheets, and pillows is available in the laundry room. It is neatly stored on the shelf and labeled for your convenience. Guests have full access to the entire home, including all outdoor amenities.

This home is conveniently located just 5 minutes from A.W. Mumford Stadium on the campus of Southern University and A&M College, 15 minutes from Downtown, and 20 minutes from LSU Tiger Stadium.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all used towels and place them in the laundry basket located in the laundry room.
Please dispose of all trash in the outdoor bin located on the patio in the backyard.
Before checking out, please make sure to turn off all lights, appliances, and set thermostat to 74 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please enter and exit through the front door only. The back exterior door is not an entry point, as the home must remain secured at all times.
