I liked the staff and the willingness of everyone to provide a positive experience, however the roaches in our room were a dealbreaker. My second time staying here…won’t be back. So sad too…could be a great place.

I had to clean stains off the sofa. Thank God I travel with a cleaning kit. There was no plate in the microwave.

Pleasantly Surprised
This was my first time at any Elements hotel and I was very impressed. I love the esthetics of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff made it more enjoyable. The cook to order breakfast was a first for me and a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and they did not skimp on the size of the TVs. I will make this my preferred hotel from now on.

I didn’t realize that there was $100 pet fee which is expensive. Also, says pet friendly but could not go get breakfast because was told by staff pets were not allowed. All the hotels I have stayed in that were pet friendly did not have this restriction. I was checking out so I could not get breakfast was very much a turn off from staying here again.
