The house if located walking distance to downtown Baton Rouge, the River Center, the Casino's and LSU is just 2 miles away about 5 minutes by car. There are shuttle buses available from down town to LSU during football season.
This Beautiful Acadian style home that has a combination of the old and the new. There are hard floors, horizontal wood walls and a claw foot tub in the master bathroom. The exterior is beautifully landscaped with Crape Myrtles and Red Roses
The Kitchen is to die for with every spice and cooking utensils you can imagine.
A large front porch with ceiling fans and Bistro tables and chairs. The home has been completely renovated with new appliances, bathrooms, bedding and two 55" and two 40" smart TV sets. There is high speed internet, WiFi and a printer, fax, scanner and surface phone charger on site. There is off street parking for up to six vehicles.
