The (multiple) rooms I was offered had hair, torn bedding, and moldy baseboards to name a few issues. The employees tell you the wrong hours for when management is available, and when I followed up on a refund request, I was told it had been issued when in fact it had not. Not a great stay and I was there for all of 2 hours just trying to find a room I felt safe in. I’m fine with dingy, but this was disgusting.

We booked with the understanding it was a budget hotel and we were not going to get the luxury amenities we get at higher end places. With that said. The place was not clean. There was change all over the floor the surfaces were covered in crumbs from the last people. The phone had sticky grossnes on it. It also did not work. There were no towels in the room not that that matered because there was standing water in the tub so we were not using that. The towel rack above the toilet was so loose we thought it would fall out of the wall.

Front desk clerk was rude said I didn’t have a reservation thru Expedia and I showed her confirmation email and everything and she tells me I need to call Expedia because she could see it on one computer but not on her side it took over 1 hour too get a room and get in room tv doesn’t work it was nasty inside. Don’t stay here

Terrible Never again. Fist off put us on the 4th floor having to climb stirs about killed us as one in party had a heart condition. Had to change rooms cause one didn't have working light in bathroom and the toilet quit working. The next room was just as bad and couldn't keep it cool enough. We hated this place never coming back.

Several utilities in the room were not working, and there was a puddle of water next to the toilet. Black mold was visibly present on the bathroom walls. Due to these issues, we had to request a different room.
