Check-in in staff was nice, Breakfast buffet was nice and good and that staff was nice. There is no elevator - although the hotel is only 2 stories. about 11:30pm a room near us started blaring their radio and it went on for about 30 minutes. We tried to call the front desk and our phone was connected to wall had no dial tone. My husband found the front desk number and called that several times and was hung up on several times. Finally someone pulled the fire alarm as the music was still very loud and the smell of marijuana was coming into our room. The front desk answered and we asked if anyone was going to do anything about the blaring music. The front desk night person said they didn't hear anything and asked if we knew where it was coming from - Not really but obviously it was bothersome to others that someone went and set off the fire alarm. The front desk night lady said she will have to worry about the loud music after she takes care of the fire alarm issue first. The music continued for quit a while still into the morning hours.

An awesome stay

Great staff at check-in. Several options for complementary breakfast and was kept full clear up till 930 inside pool was up and running but cold children still enjoyed it no hot tub available. Extended our one night stay to three nights.

Hotel lobby is nice but the rest of the hotel is very outdated. Hotel smells like stale smoke and dogs. Our door was extremely hard to open and close. Way overpriced for the hotel.

The bathroom needs cleaned better and flooring needs redone! I noticed mold on walls in shower and needs recaulked. But the nicest girl at front desk made my stay great because I drove for hours to get there and I came in exhausted and sick. Pawan was her name and she helped me get a close room and was so concerned for me. She let me lay on sofa in entrace lobby until I could get up to go to my room down the hall!! Great customer service! Morning time the gentleman who checked me out was such a help also. Bright and cheerful. Even gave me the best directions to get to Coldwater for the funeral service I had to attend! I regret not getting his name. Kudos to great customer service!!

I was quite disappointed with this hotel. Unusually I equate the word Radisson with quality but this was far off the mark. The bed was great, the room was spacious, there was a desk and adequate plugs, so not all bad. However, the shower was wonky and the containers for shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were either empty or two complicated for my old mind to use. The water sprayed all which ways and tickled out. It was so bad it was funny. I like to take baths but there was no option, no plug. The bathroom door handle looked like a 1950s original, loose. The door to the room didn’t close automatically. When I got up in the morning I realized, with a shock, that the door hadn’t closed! I am older and need a lot of light. This room had dim bulbs and the desk lamp was useless. I travel with a clip-on lamp so I found a way to use my tablet at the desk. The TV in the room was tiny and the channel selections even tinnier unless you wanted to sign up for expensive media streaming. So, essentially a useless bit of furniture. My room looked out at a defunct Lone Star Restaurant’s weed-filled parking lot, which seemed to be a message of some kind. The breakfast was also a sad affair. Overcrowded, dim lighting … there is a fun restaurant across the street with good lighting, friendly staff, and big American breakfasts. When I first entered the hotel, the staff was fun and kind but the quality of staff dropped off steeply from there. The candy machine seemed designed to steal money

Not bad but could be better.

Renovation in process on exterior; should have started on inside. Hopefully carpets and furniture will be updated soon. Breakfast had good options, including yogurt and fruit. Bed was good. Premium room is big enough for small couch and table but only had one lounge chair and it was dirty so we covered it with a towel and put one of our suitcases on it. Safe in room didn’t work and was offered office safe but wasn’t comfortable with that. Our phone also didn’t work so had to go to the front desk to report that our sink was clogged and draining very poorly. Was told they knew about both but maintenance hadn’t gotten to them yet. Room and bathroom were clean. The staff were very pleasant and trying hard to deal with issues beyond their control. We may try another stay once the renovation is complete.

Staff was very accommodating. Couldn't figure out how to operate the television so the clerk offered to come down and show me. In the meanwhile, he changed the batteries in the remote for me, and problem solved. Appreciated his effort/offer to resolve my issue.

Don't stay unless you're ready to protect yourself

I booked a king suite that was to have a separate bedroom and couch in the other. Was given a queen room. Hotel is very run down in a bad part of town. Had a young guy follow me to my room. Thankfully i had my dog and no ither items initially to just check the room out. I went back to front desk and turned in my room cards. Told the clerk it wasnt the room i had booked and about the guy following me to my room. How i didnt feel safe and left. She did offer to give me another room closer to the lobby but due to the presence i had already observed i declined and left.

Breakfast was good but the hotel is showing its age. The towels were clean and we could tell they were laundered but they had a yellow hue. It was okay for a couple night stay but I doubt we'll be returning to this hotel.
