Ideally located in the heart of the village of Batz-sur-Mer, 500 meters from the beaches and the GR34 hiking trail, and 400 meters from shops, this charming little house, dating from 1870, has been fully renovated and offers a peaceful setting.
Private enclosed garden of 100 m² with a terrace and sun loungers. Two mountain bikes are available.
Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room, and separate WC.
Upstairs: one attic bedroom (queen-size bed).
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, cot/high chair/baby bath.
All-inclusive: electric heating, electricity, bed linen (beds made), and towels/household linen.
Tourist tax is extra.
