‘Marjolaine’ is a Type 2 apartment that, for a long time, was the second residence of the owners. This is the reason why it has additional conveniences: Reversible air-conditioning, dishwasher, stove and gas oven, just like its twin brother 'Romarin', it has a private picnic area inside the property grounds with a view of the lake, and also a private parking space. It is located in the first and last floors of the building, which at the same is nestled in a shaded oak grove on a hillside; it is the 'Les Lavandes du Lac' residence that offers a breath-taking view of Lac de Sainte-Croix and the medieval village of Bauduen. You come here because of the peace and the closeness to the lake and the beaches that are less than 200 meters away from the residence. When leaving the property, a trail in the undergrowth, offering stunning view of the lake, will take you to the village of Bauduen, and if you want to go, it will lead you to the trails of Grande RandonnĂ©e. Four apartments welcome you, two type 3 (2 bedrooms) that feature terraces and breath-taking views of the lake on the ground floor, and two type 2 (1 bedroom) on the first floor. These last two have eating areas with tables and benches on the residence property and have a view to the lake and the village of Bauduen (5 minutes away by car).

Vacances d'été trÚs agréables

On a passé 15 jours dans l'appartement Marjoraine au deuxiÚme étage de la propriété "Les Lavandes". L'appartement est sympathique et trÚs bien outillé. La climatisation et la machine à laver commune ont été particuliÚrement appréciées. Tony nous a accueilli chaleureusement et fourni de plein de conseils et renseignement. L'emplacement est parfait pour des randonnées, des visites aux environs et bien sur des baignades au Lac de Ste Croix.

Jolie propriĂ©tĂ© paisible et agrĂ©Ăąble avec un jardin arborĂ© oĂč on entend chanter les cigales. Dommage pour la vue directe sur le lac qui se rĂ©sume Ă  une petite lucarne pour notre appartement. Le lac se situe bien Ă  200 m Ă  pied. IdĂ©ale pour les activitĂ©s aquatiques et la baignade. La rĂ©gion est magnifique. Mais attention pas ou trĂšs peu de connections internet mĂȘme avec la wifi sur place et Ă  Bauduen, le village d'Ă  cĂŽtĂ©.

L'appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ© et conforme Ă  l'annonce. Un appartement plus grand Ă©tant disponible, Antoine nous a permis d'en bĂ©nĂ©ficier ce qui Ă©tait vraiment sympa. Vue incroyable et emplacement idĂ©al Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de Bauduen. Accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse alors que nous arrivions tard, en mettant Ă  disposition des affaires pour notre bĂ©bĂ©. Merci beaucoup. Unique petit bĂ©mol, mais liĂ© aux conditions mĂ©tĂ©o (il avait Ă©normĂ©ment plu et donc en arrivant il y avait des vers type limaces et araignĂ©es dans l'appartement).
