On a 12-hectare property, the groom's house and the neo-Gothic-style castle date back to 1895. Baugé, 4.6 km away, offers shops and services. You'll be 35 minutes from Angers and Saumur, and 20 minutes from the Loire River and La Flèche Zoo.

[THE GITE] Completely renovated, the cottage is bright, comfortable, and peaceful. Enjoy the 67m² space on two levels. On the ground floor: a 33m² living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and living room (wood-burning stove provided). The large glass roof offers views of the woods. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160 x 200cm double bed, a bedroom with two 90 x 190cm single beds and an extra bed, a toilet, and a shower room.

Outside: The spacious awning allows you to enjoy the great outdoors even in rain or extreme heat. The north-facing terrace has garden furniture and an electric grill. The lawn is currently being finished. The cottage is surrounded by a private wood with walking trails starting from the cottage. The setting is peaceful: you can enjoy the birdsong in complete privacy.
