Excellent service

This is our second time staying at the Ibis. The service was so good the first time, we returned. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The facilities are clean. The breakfast is nice. Most of all, the staff are helpful, friendly, and very professional.

A equipe foi gentil, a recepcionista foi solicita, o quarto estava limpo, a roupa de cama também limpa, mas não tem toalha de rosto, reclamei para a recepcionista mas ela disse que não tem mesmo e que ela poderia enviar mais uma de banho, eu aceitei mas até o fim da estadia não havia chegado. O estacionamento é bom, mesmo com ele lotado tem outros nos subsolo, é complicado entender onde vc está após acessar o subsolo, só fomos descobrir que estavamos em outro prédio após pegar o elevador para subir, assim que chegamos foi estranho e engraçado, mas sim, estavamos em outro hotel, o recepcionista, acredito por já estar acostumado, vendo nossa expressão de espantados, já nos avisou de pronto que é isso mesmo, é só sair daqui e atravessar para o outro hotel, e assim fizemos. Seria legal avisar os novos hospedes antecipadamente sobre os estacionamentos do subsolo, evitaria confusões desnecessárias, principalmente para as pessoas com mais idade. Mas no geral foi tudo bem, voltaríamos para esta unidade do ibis de Marília se necessário.
