In front of the whole apartment there are large windows from which you can see the garden, the lake and the Borromean islands. The apartment is new in furnishings and equipment. From the garden, going down a ladder, you go down to the lake for swimming. Near the entrance there is a well-equipped laundry room shared with the other apartments in the annex.
