Very nice and very spacious flat

Very well equipped. Located two minutes walk from a LIDL supermarket. I would give it a score of 95 out of 100. If the owners will add a washing machine then 100 for sure.

Eine wirklich schöne und große Wohnung, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Leider stimmt die angegebene Adresse nicht ganz, was die Anreise etwas erschwert hat. Wir haben die Wohnung vor allem wegen der sehr guten Erreichbarkeit und Nähe zu bestimmten Orten ausgewählt, die Zeitangaben zum Beispiel fußläufig zum Festspielhaus und Liebesbier sind aber leider deutlich zu kurz angesetzt. Insgesamt hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen, die Größe und Einrichtung der Wohnung sind ideal und das zweite Klo ist auch sehr praktisch.
