Fenced in yard is very nice, hang out by the pool after a day at beach.. 4 bedrooms, plus den with sofa bed. Walking distance to Harvey Cedars, view of the Atlantic, sleeps 15. No smoking, no pets. Tenant to sign pool addendum. Owner provides pillows and blankets Pleasant, spacious, sunny home one back from the ocean in Loveladies. Located on a private lane, with private beach access within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants of Harvey Cedars. Large deck off living area with panoramic views and roof deck with ocean views. Sleeps 12 comfortably. NO SMOKING. NO PETS.
