The home and its architectural digest worthy finishes, proximity to the beach, hot tub, 2 expansive grills and all it has to offer makes this your perfect summer getaway. The property offers an elevator, 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds and 2 Full Beds along with a pullout. Max occupancy is 11.

10 Beach Badges provided but not guaranteed. Beach Wagon, Beach Chairs and Umbrella's in garage for use. This is a Saturday to Saturday rental and CSA damage option is required with this rental.

Indoor / outdoor gas fireplace is not for use. Outdoor fire pit can be used but please note tenant is responsible for clean up from usage upon departure.
