Dated hotel in need of some TLC and cleaning as there were several cobwebs in the room. Pillowcase was poor material and bed hard. Breakfast had gone up in price in two weeks and there was a limited range.

Absolutely rubbish!! Dirty! No room key, we had to ask the receptionist to let us in every time we return to the room!! Holes in bedding, chewing gum stuck to bed! Bed frame rusty!

Chambre qui sent le tabac froid, pour des non fumeurs c'est un critère compliqué. La réception qui enregistre votre resa sur son logiciel en Guyane française... Fenêtre cassée. Je me suis questionnée sur la solidité de la porte et de la fenêtre... même en fermant les volets. Enfin personnel d'accueil tellement blasé qu'un bonjour, un sourire ou autre le matin est à priori une option... L'hôtel fait la maille si vous êtes de passage et que vous n'avez pas de problème de sommeil. Seul activités possible : suivre la conversation de son voisin tellement celui ci parle fort et que les murs sont en papier...

Aurait besoin d'un coup de peinture dans les chambres....le second lit est collé au mur de la salle de bain , parfait pour se cogner la nuit et si on décale le voisin a la tête dans les cintres.....un peu de javel et un coup de brosse dans les joints de la salle de bain et c irait déjà mieux mais pour le prix c'est raisonnable

Soucis de carte électronique, bloquer à 23h avec des enfants on ne pouvais pas accéder à notre chambre donc appel à l’assistance de l’hôtel . Et alors la super mal reçu une employée n’étant même pas sur le secteur me parle comme si on était des incapables ne sachant pas ouvrir une porte . Au final création d’une nouvelle carte d’accès . Sécurité plus que moyenne . Et alors le petit déjeuner juste suffisant . Tellement déçu
