Enjoy central A/C, wifi, WD, BBQ in the fenced backyard. Kitchen is stocked with Keurig coffee maker, blender and many utensils (crock pot, coffee press and more in pantry). Located just a block from beautiful Southside Park with walking trail, brand new playground, a dog park, tennis, and lots of Pickleball Courts (we've got paddles for you). Cycle the Spanish Moss trail with the 5 bikes in the garage. Use the included Park Pass to visit beautiful Hunting Island state park beach.

Smart TVs in every bedroom, 65" in living room. Beach towels are provided as well as 5 bicycles and some beach chairs, a sun shade, CornHole boards, some games and puzzles for all ages. Our motto is no chores for the guests as we have a professional cleaning team.

The house was very clean. Lovely home, very clean, well stocked, living room furniture was comfy and beds including pillows very comfortable. The home was in a quite area and close to all things Beaufort and surrounding towns. The state park pass was a plus. Lastly, fenced in yard was perfect for our Corgi.

This house has everything you could possibly need to feel like you are at home. Beautifully decorated, well stocked, comfortable beds, and a wonderful fenced in back yard for small animals.
