Beautiful one bedroom, one bath unit in the Beau-Coast community in the heart of Beaufort. Lots of amenities including clubhouse, pool, dog park. This unit features a living room with a kitchenette, washer and dryer in the unit and linens provided. This unit is right across from the clubhouse and pool area as well. There is space in front of the unit on the street for parking. 2 Cars allowed or one car and a golf cart. A boat storage area is conveniently located approximately 0.5 miles from your condo, with a wildlife ramp directly across it. Contact the property manager for further details bringing boat.

The Beau Coast community offers a day dock on Tayors Creek, a gym, an event lawn, a clubhouse with a stunning pool, shuffleboard, ping pong, and corn hole. Enjoy time at Traders, a facility offering a variety of food from Beaufort Grocery, beers, and an outdoor seating area with fire pit. Nearby, explore the town's shops and restaurants or take ferry to Cape Lookout or Shackleford Banks.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Pelican’s Perch! It is a great place nestled in a beautiful community. It is centrally located near the pool and clubhouse which is nice if you want to stay and enjoy the amenities. We enjoyed going on morning walks and birdwatching. The house is also very close to downtown and the Beaufort waterfront as well as the local beaches. We met the owners and they could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. We highly recommend Pelican’s Perch and plan to go back soon!
