RiverWatch is located in the Historic District of downtown Beaufort, SC. Suite B is a short walk-up second floor unit that's beautifully decorated with a coastal and beach theme. There are two (2) very comfortable bedrooms with the Master having a Sealy Posturepedic queen and the second bedroom having a double. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper in the living room with a thick coiled spring mattress. All linens are provided.
The full bath has a shower and tub combination. Your kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, dishwasher, medium refrigerator, full size microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee pot. There are also essentials for cooking and dining. A shared washer and dryer is located on the first floor as well and all detergents are provided.
This property is well equipped with free WI-Fi, and easy to use Roku offering multiple channels and unlimited movies, a 50" 4K Smart TV, Blue-ray DVD player and four DVDs movies, all filmed in Beaufort.

There are two bicycles per unit for your peddling pleasure as well as a Hunting Island Beach FREE access pass.
Directly in front of your entrance @ 701 Congress St. are two parking spaces, one each for Suite A & B. More parking is available behind the Cafe. There is one boat or RV parking spot on the corner of Congress & Scott St.

This little apartment was neat and clean and in a quiet spot. The hosts had a notebook with a lot of helpful info about the area and also a state park pass which we used to visit nearby Hunting Island. The bedding and towels were nice and the utensils and items supplied in the kitchen were more than adequate. We would recommend, and we hope to return.

Everything was wonderful! The bikes have been upgraded and were so much fun to ride downtown. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking was fine—we decided to park in the gravel lot behind the bistro since the space dedicated to the rental was tiny (I’ll take the 10 extra steps to avoid my car’s paint getting chipped). The AC units worked really well and the shower was glorious. Highly recommended!

Parking was great, The size of the apt was great, Cafe below a plus and walking to town wonderful. Beds very comfortable. Host, check in and out all pluses. It would be a total 5 star stay if the furniture was a bit up dated, I like the whole idea of quaint and cozy, but the sofa was too uncomfortable/shabby to watch TV. Everything else is a recommendation.

This location is lovely inside. It is well furnished with a few extra nice touches as well. The parking is tight and although marked clearly we were parked out a couple times by the cigar shop customers and yelled at by the cigar shop proprietor when his spot was used by us for an hour when packing to leave. I would recommend this location

The outside of the property was a bit concerning at first and the parking was tight but the apartment was great and suited our needs for our stay during our son’s graduation from Parris Island. We stayed here while in town for Marine Family Day and Graduation and couldn’t have been happier with the property. It was in a perfect location, with easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in town and a quick, stress-free drive to Parris Island.Check-in and check-out were seamless thanks to clear and detailed instructions. The check-out list was simple and not over the top, which we appreciated. The welcome binder was super helpful, and the included park pass was a great bonus. We used it to explore Hunting Island, which was absolutely beautiful.We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the pullout sofa. It was genuinely comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and blankets available to use as well. And I didn't need my chiropractor once we got home :-DThe area was peaceful, the AC kept everything cool, and the WiFi was strong enough to keep our teenager happy. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it to other families.
