Quick Beach Trip

Decided last minute for a quick beach trip and decided to stay at the Springhill Suites in Beaufort. Perfect base for Hunting Island State Park. The hotel was reasonably priced and included breakfast and parking. The room is a good size and clean. The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable for our son, so we will book two queens next time. Apart from that, it was great.

The bed was a little hard but the pillows were comfy. The room never got fully dark, lights from the hall were coming through the door. There were kids screaming and running in the halls at midnight, banging on doors and jiggling handles. I called the front desk but was told he did not see anything on camera at that moment. Body wash bottle was empty.

Overall the stay was good, it was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. For a Hilton property I was little disappointed. I actuality expected more. Breakfast was basic, not much effort to make it enjoyable. The people serving did an excellent job with what they had.
