Both hip and historic, it is located in the heart of the Northwest Quadrant neighborhood in the walkable historic district. The 500 square foot apartment with 10' ceilings, large windows, dark navy walls, concrete floors, and chic furnishings is bold and handsome.
The small bedroom (only enough room for the bed) offers a queen bed and small closet. The on suite bath provides a tub/shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen offers a fridge/freezer, ice maker, full oven and cooktop, toaster, and microwave. Use the Keurig or French press to enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious ground floor porch. There is a small breakfast table with adjustable leaves and a comfortable yet sturdy couch to catch up on all your favorite shows on the smart tv. Stackable washer dryer provided in the closet of the kitchen. Space for one car is provided off street. Additional on street parking is available one block away on Duke St.
