I love staying here and anytime I need a safe, comfy place to stay with my dogs—this is my go to property. I tripped and took a huge hunk out of my toe this trip, and the entire staff was so helpful and sweet with the situation. There was a lot of blood and even though the employee helping me was squeamish, she still helped with no hesitation and I could tell she cared about what had happened and my well being. Highly recommend staying here and will be back in the future.

The air conditioner would not change temperature. No matter what you put it on, the temperature never changed. Very noisy, paper thin walls. Kids running and yelling and banging on doors for hours. We did try to address all of this with corporate and were told we would receive a phone call, but never did. Just very disappointed overall.
