This beautiful home with cathedral ceilings and multiple living areas is ideal for a group of friends or several families who want to get away together! Located in Beaumont at the Southern end of Kangaroo Valley it has a lovely northerly aspect, a wet edge pool and beautiful gardens. With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it comfortably sleeps 12 guests.

Strictly no parties at this property - please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.

There are extensive night road works to repair landslip damage on Moss Vale Road and restore full road access at Cambewarra Mountain. Moss Vale Road on Cambewarra Mountain will be closed in both directions from 7pm to 5am, Sunday to Thursday from April to June. Vehicle access is permitted for 5 minutes at 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, 12am, 2am or 4am. Detours are also available through Kangaroo Valley Road.

Where will I be?

Located on Cambewarra Mountain, Sahali is a 10 minute drive to Kangaroo Valley, 20 minute drive to Nowra, and 30 minutes to Seven Mile Beach. The stunning Cambewarra Lookout and Cafe is also only a few minutes drive by car - well worth a visit to see the spectacular coastal views on a clear day!

Sahali is an entertainer's dream. The covered pool cabana, the wet edge pool, large deck and spacious interiors are just a few of the features that make this house perfect for spending quality time together. There is an enclosed courtyard with a table tennis table - fun for big kids and little kids alike!

How is the property laid out?

Sahali is a multi level home that sleeps 12 people over 6 bedrooms. The lower ground level has 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.

The ground floor has a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The rustic style kitchen has a dishwasher, gas cooktop, dishwasher, oven, toaster and a butler pantry. The living area is spacious with cathedral ceilings and a fireplace, while the dining area is the perfect place to enjoy the company of your friends and family. There is a second lounge area and a study. Also on this floor is the master bedroom, with a queen bed, a Juliet balcony and ensuite with a shower and toilet. There are 3 other bedrooms, 2 with a queen bed and one with 2 single beds, and a shared bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower and a toilet.

WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?

Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email.

Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. Due to the fairly remote location of the property, internet is provided via a Telstra satellite service, not NBN to the home, and not Starlink. Internet and mobile reception at this property can be intermittent. If WiFi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

Sahali was designed for outdoor living! The raised pool cabana is the perfect entertaining space, and the concrete, wet edge pool makes the most of the fantastic views. The property sits on 2 acres, which is a mixture of landscaped gardens and rainforest. There is a private courtyard that has a fire pit and table tennis.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

There are 3 split system air-conditioners, 2 in bedrooms and one in a common area. There is also a ceiling fan in the kitchen dining area, and a pedestal fan that can be moved around the house.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Sahali supplies all bed linen, sheets and bath towels.

Parking for cars, etc?

Sahali has open air parking for 3 cars.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Perfect for a memorable birthday
My group and I stayed at Sahali for a relaxing 40th birthday weekend. The house is perfect for a small group of adults and kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids had heaps of areas to explore and things to do. The adults had their own space to relax and enjoy the wonderful surroundings of this property. Of course the view from the front is absolutely spectacular! The photos don’t do it justice! There is a security bond payable to the owners/agents which is not mentioned in the Stayz listing. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

My 50th Stay
My sisters, mum and inlaws and I stayed for my 50th weekend . Property was beautiful and I would recommend such a beautiful outlook. The only hitch was the power kept cutting out which was a little inconvenient but easy fixed and the management sent someone out to fix it.

Lovely stay!
We had a lovely stay at Sahali. The house was well presented and clean. All bedrooms were a great size, and far enough away from the living spaces. Plenty of amenities. Would definitely recommend for a weekend away!
