Bei Ankunft war unsere Reservierung unbekannt, die Mutter des Vermieters empfing uns und wusste von gar nichts; Vermieter hatte Wohnung vorgebl. dauerhaft vermietet. Kommunikation sechs minus, Erstattung zäh erreicht.Bringe aber jetzt bitte mal 5 Leute (ua eine blinde Person) auf Radtour (verschwitzt, müde, hungrig) ad hoc in ein Quartier vor Ort!Das Quartier und der Vermieter sind nicht zu empfehlen.Die Verständigung mit seiner freundlichen aber inkompetenten Mutter (schwache Deutschkenntnisse, nicht lesefähig) hat nach über einer Stunde endlich eine Erstattung der Vorauszahlung gebracht. Unsere Wut über den "Vermieter" sei hier nur dezent beschrieben.
