Staff is absolutely outstanding and properly is very very clean! Ginny and Patricia were very friendly, made us feel welcome and very valued as guests. My room was comfortable enough, including the bed. The rest of the hotel is pretty grim. It was snowy and icy outside and the parking lot had not been cleared, making it hazardous to walk into the hotel The only elevator appears to be a freight elevator, and was freezing cold (cold air blows in there for some reason) and loud. The included breakfast was inedible. Really bad food. Didn't end up eating it. The front desk staff were polite and efficiently checked me in.
