The sheets were stained. Room was dirty. Borrowed broom from front desk and swept up bathroom floor. Carpet was dirty with food crumbs, dirt and bobby pins. Asked for room to be vacuumed and it was not done!

The bed was so comfortable. I actually slept instead of watching TV all night. The employees were all so very helpful (I am disabled). This is the first hotel I have stayed at where the walk in shower didn't cause the whole floor to be wet. All in all, an exceptional hotel.

Our stay for our bike group riding to see the New River Gorge Bridge had a great time... Audrea and Susan at the front desk were awesome! We had a issue with one of the bikers being broke down and they helped us out getting set up for another stay that was not in the plans.. Thank you! We will stay again when we go back that way!

Overall the room was nice and outdated. The bed was comfortable, and being was clean and the showers were hot. The room could use a deep cleaning, the vent was covered in dust and you could see dirt build up in the corners of the bathroom flooring. The staff were very kind and the breakfast was decent. We were on the 1st floor and the creaking floors above were obnoxious when trying to fall asleep and stay asleep it is very loud sounding.
