The property is convenient to the area attractions and had what was needed--bed and shower. It appeared they were in the middle of renovations. Carpet in room had recently been replaced because the new fuzz had not been vacuumed and a nail left behind. The TV in the room did not have a clear picture. One of the towels had a little sticky spot left on it. The a/c unit was more noisy than normal. It was ok for a one night stay.

It was clean, they seem to be doing some remodeling, was a bit noisy at times but not at nighttime. It was very convenient and well located for visiting the park. My only real complaint is that the curtain set up be changed, the way they are now is that they let in way too much light around the edges. Some may like that but I like a very dark room.

Little outdated. Room was clean. Beds were hard. Smelled strongly of chlorine. My door had a small gap in it and you could see outside at the bottom of it. Made me a little nervous since I was staying on the backside of the hotel by myself on the first floor.

Clean, friendly staff.

Rooms are clean but dated. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but we just needed a place to sleep on the way home. Staff were all friendly. The on-site restaurant had a nice variety of options and very affordable. Breakfast wasn't great.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient

This was my second time staying here. The rooms are the cleanest of any hotel I've ever stayed at. I didn't find a single hair, spec of dirt, or dust anywhere! The water pressure is amazing. Overall, it was very quiet there. The traffic isn't noisy and the other guests were considerate. The complimentary breakfast was ok. They offered scrabbled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, yogurt, muffins, donut holes and cereal the one morning that I ate in there. This hotel is convenient to hikes, site seeing, waterfalls, restaurants, stores, any anything else you could imagine. It's the perfect spot, if you ask me! The staff was friendly too. I highly recommend staying here. The only turn off was that there were so many carpenter bees on the stairway of our building during this trip. They didn't sting, but they did fly all around us.
