On the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms: one master suite with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, another bedroom with two single beds, and a third one with bunk beds. All bedrooms have sea views. There is also an additional full bathroom.

Television service is not guaranteed due to poor signal coverage in the area.
In the event of heavy rainfall, due to a characteristic of the area, the pipes may occasionally produce a slightly stronger smell than usual. This is only temporary and can be easily resolved by using a small amount of bleach in the drains.
