The apartment is of origin, simple furniture, is distributed with a spacious hall, living room with access to a large terrace with wonderful views of the sea and Sa Riera beach, fully equipped kitchen, 4 double rooms, 3 suites, with bathroom with shower and single beds, one of them with bunk beds. The 4th bedroom, also with two single beds, has access to a terrace. The barooms are renovated.
There are stairs to access the apartment. Optional parking space for one vehicle, amount €12 per day. The reservation of the parking space must be equal to the stay.
Pets are not allowed.
3G TV and Internet service not guaranteed due to poor coverage in the area
We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.
