Not able to get a coffee to take back to my room Wanted to charge 25 yuan for a machine produced coffee Staff English outside of the front desk was scratchy Was hard to order a glass of water with breakfast The club room was not worth any extra and wouldn’t waste the money

Pleasant and professional staff, and good facilities. Location is very good for getting about on your own, close to several key landmarks and public transport. As to be expected in China, its a lottery when it comes to staff who can converse in English.

Very nice hotel particularly for the money. Suite was amazing! I think we might have received an upgrade as we checked in around 1am. Desk staff a bit ho hum but that might be a cultural thing.
