For us it was a fenomenal experience!!!everything was excellent from the arrival the front desk employees are very helpful and knowledgeable!! They helped us obtain taxi, train tickets and museum tickets all from within the hotel. Our Departure was smooth and over all breakfast was delicious but i do recommend adding either pancakes or waffles to the menu. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

Great services from staff all round. We felt well looked after. Due to the longer term stay we have been gifted laundry coins for free, very sweet of them. The buffet each morning offers a big variety of options and delicious. Room wasnt the biggest but facilities are good condition and roome is serviced each day. Overall we are happy customers.

I’ve stayed at many HIEs in China, and Dongzhimen was also excellent. The only problem is that this hotel is listed two times on Google maps; make sure you use the one that shows up as HIE parking.
