We stayed at this hotel for 16 nights. We had an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent. One chef was hand wrapping wontons in the breakfast buffet. Having a bowl of hot handmade wonton soup to start off the day was truly the best part of my stay. We will definitely stay here again!

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options and some especially refreshing fresh juices. Our 7-night stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. The staff is exceptionally helpful, ensuring a comfortable visit. The breakfast offers a wide variety of food--something we enjoyed every morning. It was also easy to get around as the hotel is conveniently located within a short distance to a subway station and a 35-minute drive to the Beijing Capital Airport. The only disappointment was that the spa was not open during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Good experience in general with friendly staff and good service. Mr Xiong made the check in extremely smooth and pleasant. But I have to be honest that the facilities and decorations are very very old - the mattress was a nightmare.

The lobbies and the restaurants are nice. The fitness center, lockers rooms, and pool needed renovations. The first room checked in on the 12th floo, AC not cooling below 25°C, overhead shower won't turn on, and water leaking out from the shower door. Moved to the other room on the same floor at 3AM, but smelled cigarette smoke. Eventually moved to the 16th floor, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Staff were great. Cleaners, laundry, lobby, taxi management, check in. The room was rather dated with a very complex ighting system. Cleaner challenge for all the surfaces but they did really well.
