Close to the subway, shops nearby, friendly staff, clean, fresh towels, bottles of water, toothbrush and comb daily. Overall a nice hotel, but the beds were very hard (they look and feel like a box spring without a mattress). The staff loaned us extra pillows when we asked.

The hotel is in a very convenient location two blocks from a metro station on line 5; there are shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a lot to like about this hotel. The major problem is that the beds are very hard and uncomfortable (they look and feel like a box spring without a mattress). The hotel loaned us additional pillows when we requested them; that helped a lot, but didn't resolve the problem. A second problem is that the bathroom often smelled like cigarette smoke when the exhaust fan was turned off.

スタッフの方は良かったです。 しかし、バス、トイレ、寝室、机、床がとても汚くてびっくりしました。 机は拭き掃除をされていないので、何かバタバタするものがついているし、高さが安定せず、ものを書いたりするのに、適していませんでした。 タオルと歯磨きは交換してくれました。 しかし、部屋の掃除はされないので、汚かったです。 安いから仕方がないかもしれませんが、びっくりしました。

Me gusto este hotel, cerca del metro, bastante espacio en la habitación, tiene televisión con programas chinos :) te dejan botellitas de agua y al menos el baño es como los que usualmente usamos en occidente (para sentarse)
