The hotel is amazing and so beautiful, very good service and cleanliness.. But there is a problem that the freezer and the air conditioner make some noise.. Overall review it's amazing😍😍😍

We had to change our room twice in the first 5 days, for which I requested adjustment and got it. However, the bathroom is narrow, shower is about 24 inches wide, and dark, no way one can shave in the shower. The bedding was changed daily. Housekeeping excellent. staff in general very good. No way could be rated 4 or even 3 stars. Instructions for room phone misleading, instructions say dial 9 for outside line, turn out to be dial 8. Frustrating.

Anyone Want a Smoke?

If you are not a smoker and don't like smoking smokers' smoke, this is not a good place to stay. Beirut is very smoker-friendly and this place feels more like a long-stay "efficiency" suites place than it does a hotel for business travelers. While it is well-appointed and comfortable and the staff is very friendly; it doesn't feel friendly when the non-smoking room has smoke billowing through the vents and the door gap; the rooms on the "non-smoking floor" all have numerous ashtrays, people smoke all around the breakfast tables and buffet area in the lobby (my favorite) and the towels and linens smell like .... smoke. This could be an excellent and economical choice near Raouche, where I usually use the Arjaan Rotana, but it is not yet up to standard. The gym is OK but has limited hours. Wifi is equally OK, about standard for Beirut. Oh, and the safes don't work.

Dåligt bemötande, oproffsig personal som påverkarde vår upplevelse negativt. Personalen har bestämt sig att blåsa turister. De har blåst oss med taxin som hämtade oss från flygplatsen, han krävde även extra pengar för parkeringsavgifter. Taxichaufförer står utanför hotellet och trakasserier alla som bor på hotellet med av personalen. Varje gång personalen tipsar eller rekommenderar något ställe till oss de hänvisar till ställe de har samarbetet med. Vilket är mycket dyr och låg kvalite. Gå inte ditt för att vi ska aldrig ditt..

OK für ein paar Tage

Gutes hotel für einen kurzen stop. Zimmer gut, Frühstück auch, Lage in Ordnung, 15 min vom Flughafen, Strandpromenade in 15 Gehminuten. Gym allerdings ausbaufähig, kein Restaurant im hotel.
