Nice place but suits a short stay

Overall it was nice. Suitable for a stay for 1-2 nights. Yet preferred to be for a place to spend a day at the beach or pool. Friendly staff. Great food.

The room was not clean. There was a stain on the bedspread. Outside on the balcony, the armchair was torn and there was no cover for it, so I couldn’t sit on it. The chairs outside were also very dirty, and there was a terrible smell on the balcony. The table outside was broken. Inside, there was also a problem with the toilet—every time I used it and came out, water would be left all over the floor.

Amazing room. The best one in the resort and for that price I expected it to be perfect but garbages were not changed after previous guests checked out. The sea view is breathtaking. The sunset is magical. Watching planes take off from nearby airport is really neat. The pool is really nice, the vibe and the music are perfect. The restaurant is very tasty. The only downside to this resort is the beach. The beach needs to be much cleaner.

The staff were coordinating transportation from airport 2 weeks prior to our arrival, they followed up 3 days prior to the trip to see if any changes were made, they made last minute adjustments without any hassles. The concierge person, Rana was a delight, she was so helpful and kind. The entire check in-check out process was a breeze. Since it was off season, they accommodated our late check in and check out. Overall, an amazing experience and I'm definitely going back.
