They upgraded our room free of charge and staff were very helpful at arranging taxis and also giving us tips and suggestions on where to visit. After many years of staying in Beirut, I finally found a hotel that I never hesitate to book again. I’ve stayed here several times and always choose the Executive Room. The hotel itself and the staff are absolutely amazing. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are very clean, and overall the service is excellent. Every stay has been pleasant and relaxing. That said, there are a few small points I truly hope will be improved by my next visit: • Replacing the towels with newer ones • Vacuuming the rooms before mopping, as I’ve noticed dust and hair under the bed and on the floor • Improving the breakfast buffet variety • Adding a proper coffee machine, especially considering the price of the Executive Rooms Overall, my experiences have been very happy and comfortable, and this remains my favourite hotel in Beirut. I’m confident that with these small improvements, it would be absolutely perfect. I look forward to my next stay.

Being very objective: the staff is very helpful and nice, but the hotel is clearly not of a 5* standard; rather a 3.5-4*, as previous customers said. The rooms are visually nice, but not that clean, the window isolation is horrible, you hear the cara all night. The overall rating shouldn't be more than 7.5/10. Way too expensive for the quality. And breakfast absolutely horrible... no even joghurt available. I should have trusted the previous ratings.

The property was clean and well maintained. The management and staff were friendly and most helpful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to be in a central location in Beirut.
