We rented a quadruple room for four people as we were only staying one night. With the price I was expecting too much. But it was great! The room was clean, the location was unbelievable, and the staff went above and beyond. Too be honest if you were planning on doing a lot of sight seeing, this is definitely a great location because your right beside city hall. Although checkout was at 10 AM, we paid the 5 pounds to keep four bags at the hotel and the employee was so helpful. We picked them back up around 1PM and walked to the train station. Very worth it, in price and location.

A fantastic location in the city with walking distances to the majority of all the different aspects one might want to explore or enjoy. Basic but fresh rooms. A very friendly and kind staff made the stay a complete success.

Excellent sized family room for 3 adults. Beds comfy. Iron & hairdryer supplied on request. Central to everything and walking distance to bars, restaurants, markets, shops and must sees. Would definitely return.

Location was great, hotel safe, cost was reasonable , the room was very compact and not much room to walk around bed. Bed was comfortable, but the hallways leading to room were not cleaned and had large trolly in hallway, the shower leaked each time I showered. Most hotels have had problems with heat for the first night of stay. The front staff at entrance were excellent and addressed heating issue quickly. I would suggest to anyone travelling in UK to check snd make sure the heater and or boiler is turned on and working during regular hours so you don’t have a cold night. I have had many cold first nights in many stays. Many of the bed and breakfast places i could not reach anyone overnight or felt uncomfortable reaching out late at night due heating issue. Rate for this hotel would be 4 out of 5 as the cost was lower.

On the plus side - hotel ideally situated. Bedroom and bathroom very clean. Very comfortable mattress. Shower good. We appreciated the free wi-fi and toiletries. On the negative side - we would have liked tea/coffee making facilities, more hanging/drawer space and maybe more comfortable chairs.

Great location but extremely tiny rooms, good for 1 but not nearly enough for 2. Otherwise staff is great and helpful. If you have an option of booking a bigger "superior double room" please pay that minor difference, as it is major. Would stay again if it was cheaper though.

It was great, small but fantastic location and it was clean and quiet! Staff was happy and helpful. Would def. stay here again. If you require a lot of privacy with the bathroom, you would not like this tho as there really isn’t any. Perhaps the larger rooms have a more private option. We didn’t care tho!
